Our mission is to make sourdough baking easy and accessible. To give everyone the possibility of enjoying good and healthy bread – no matter where you are. Because what is more rewarding, than being able to make your own, fresh baked, healthy and nutritious bread, that not only smells and tastes amazing, but is also easier digestible than commercial yeast bread ?

Having travelled and lived for longer periods of time in other countries, we know the troubles of finding good bread and feeling grateful to be able to create our own. We are inspired by local and seasonal flavors and a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, which is what started our sourdough journey.
